The Junior Leadership Conference is a one-day experience designed exclusively for 11th and 12th grade students. Hosted by the Pine Bluff Regional Chamber of Commerce, this event is crafted to develop students into future leaders by exposing them to essential life skills, professional development, and real-world knowledge that will benefit them in college, career, and entrepreneurship.
